Modified Object / Sound Installation. Refugee document, greeting card sound module, Yafa orange.

A sound module is embedded into the refugee document and wired directly to the fruit. The acidity of the orange powers the circuit. When the document is opened, the device plays a standard Hebrew birthday song, creating a parasitic loop between indigenous resources and the language of the occupier.
